Tableof content (TOC) detection has drawn attention nowa day because it plays an important role indigitization of multi-page document. Generally bookdocument is multi-page document. So it becomesnecessary to detect Table of Content page for easynavigation of multi-page document and also to makeinformation retrieval faster for desirable data from the multipage document. All the Table of contentpagesfollow the different layout, different way of presenting the contents of the document like chapter, section,subsection etc. This paper introduces a new methodto detect Table of content using machine learningtechnique with different features. With the main aim to detect Table of Content pages is to structurethedocument according to their content
