OCT4 interprets and enhances nucleosome flexibility

Abstract: Pioneer transcription factors induce cellular identity transitions by binding to sites on inaccessible DNA wrapped in nuclear chromatin. They contribute to chromatin opening and recruit other factors to regulatory DNA sites.
