Ocular Histopathology in Still’s Disease

Abstract

The histopathology of an eye removed from an 8-year-old boy suffering from Still’s disease is described. The unexpected findings of a discrete granulomatous reaction throughout the eye are discussed, together with the differential diagnoses involved.
