Anesthetic complications in the perioperative period in plastic surgery are extremely rare, although they can be catastrophic and sometimes fatal. The proper selection and correct preoperative assessment of patients are the key to stay away from unwanted events. Preanesthesia evaluation is mandatory in each patient and must include clinical history, complete physical examination, and routine and special laboratory tests in patients with associated pathologies. Anesthetic management is based on these results, type of surgery, experience of the anesthesiologist, and the operating environment. The anesthetic technique can be local, regional, or general with standard noninvasive monitoring. It is recommended that an anesthesiologist be present in all plastic surgery procedures. Complications are usually the result of moving away from the guidelines already established for an excellent practice or the result of sentinel events rather than human errors. Pulmonary embolism is probably the most feared complication, with soft tissue infections being the most frequent complication in plastic surgery. Less common complications include arrhythmias, overhydration, allergies, bleeding, skin necrosis, dehiscence of wounds, brain damage, and dead. Anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and all personnel involved in the care of these patients must work as a team of highly qualified and updated professionals.

ÖSSZEFOGLALÁSA hyaluronsavas esztétikai kezelések száma az elmúlt 3 évtizedben robbanásszerűen emelkedett nem csak külföldön, hanem Magyarországon is. A hyaluronsav az egyik legnépszerűbb és legbiztonságosabb anyag, amelyet az esztétikai medicinában használnak bőr revitalizációra, vagy volumenpótlásra. A kezelések szövődményei leginkább a beadási technikák és a rossz anyagválasztásnak köszönhetően alakulhatnak ki. Ezekkel a szövődményekkel nem csak a kezelést végző orvosok, hanem vélhetően egyre több társszakma, és az alapellátás is találkozik, ennek érdekében jelen ismertetőnkben szeretnénk rövid áttekintést nyújtani az esztétikai hyaluronsavas kezelések indikációjáról, lehetséges szövődményeiről, és ezen komplikációk menedzseléséről. Cikkünkben a teljesség igénye nélkül részletezzük a hyaluronsavas kezelések során előforduló szövődmények ellátási lehetőségeit, amelynek magyarországi protokollja jelenleg még nem kidolgozott, annak ellenére, hogy elsősorban az esztétikai kezeléseket végzők felelőssége az okozott szövődmények egységes ellátása. A szerzők javasolják az alap ellátás mellett egy multidiszciplináris betegút kidolgozását is. Kulcsszavak: hyaluronsav -szövődmény -mellékhatás -embolia -granulomatosus reakció -fillerkomplikáció -esztétika -töltőanyag -hyaluronidase -allergia SUMMARYThe number of hyaluronic acid fillers procedures has increased rapidly in the past years in Hungary as well as abroad. Hyaluronic acid is one of the most popular and safest substance used in aesthetic medicine to revitalize the skin and replace the loss of volume due ageing processes. The complications of the treatment are mostly due to incorrect material choice or injection technique and not to the hyaluronic acid itself. In the future a wider circle of medical andbecause of the lack of regulation -also non-medical staff is likely to encounter these adverse reactions beside the trained and prepared aesthetics professionals, this is the reason why we would like to offer a short overview of the indications of hyaluronic acid fillers, and management of the complications.
