Odontogenic Sarcomas of the Mandible

Abstract: Odontogenic sarcomas are exceedingly rare and account for less than 5% of all Maxillofacial Sarcomas. It usually affects the younger population. The posterior mandible is the most commonly affected site. Radiographically, it appears as a large destructive radiolucent lesion with ill-defined margins.
