Odprta vprašanja in izzivi medpoklicnega sodelovanja v zdravstvu

Abstract

Modern healthcare is always facing new challenges, both due to new diseases and due to open systemic questions in the internal and wider social enviorment. Experts who search for breakthrough solutions, emphasize that patient care remains the primary task of healthcare. While solving pressing systemic problems, they advise considering new business models, according to which advanced systems already include (integrate) advanced solutions, supported by new technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics and digitalization. All this contributes to a growing need in healthcare for inclusive work enviorment and interprofessional (interdisciplinary) cooperation of various fields and professions. In this regard, the central part of the title paper is intended to show the results of a newer research on the impact of an inclusive work enviorment on interprofessional cooperation in healthcare, carried out in the period 2021-2022 as part of a postgraduate doctoral thesis.
