Oftalmoplejía dolorosa (pseudotumor y síndrome de Tolosa-Hunt)

Abstract: Apart from neuroradiologic findings, the clinical presentation and histopathology of these two conditions are very similar, making it difficult to distinguish between them. Aspects common to both pathological processes are discussed.
