Abstract:Background
Leiomyomas are rare, benign submucosal tumours originating from smooth muscle cells. Ulcerated lesions could present with Upper Gastrointestinal(UGI) bleeding. Treatment of these lesion could be challenging especially if they are close to the Oesophagogastric Junction(OGJ).
