Aim: This study aims to determine the predisposition of students studying at Malatya Sports High School to ethical values. Methods: This is an applied study in the form of a descriptive survey model. The population consists of 371 students who continue their education at Malatya Sports High School in the 2021-2022 academic year, and the sample group consists of randomly selected 188 students at Malatya Sports High School. “Predisposition to Ethical Values Scale” developed by Kaya was used in the study. The Cronbach's Alpha value of the scale was found as 0.89, and the Cronbach's alpha values of the sub-dimensions were determined as 0.80 for 'Love, Respect', 0.86 for 'Justice, honesty' and 0.74 for 'Cooperation'. Results: Following the study, there is no significant difference found in the predisposition of students at Malatya Sports High School to ethical values according to the variables of gender, age, class, educational background of father and mother. A significant difference was found according to the variable of family income. It was determined that this difference emerged between the sub-dimensions of love-respect and justice-honesty. Conclusion: We can say that sports high school students who receive sports training will stay away from unethical behaviors as a result of the positive behaviors they learn from educational activities at school, trainings and their teammates. ABS TRACT Educational programmes should be designed to improve nurses' awareness due to ethical problems associated with their professional practice. This study aimed to determine the effect of ethics in nursing course on students' inclination to ethical values and their ethical decision-making. The study was conducted based on quasi-experimental design with one-group pre-test and post-test. The study was conducted with 42 nursing students between September 2022-January 2023. The data were collected using a questionnaire prepared by the researcher based on the literature, the "Nursing Dilemma Test" and the "Inclination to Ethical Values Scale". Descriptive data were expressed as a number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum values, and the Shapiro-Wilk test was used to test the compatibility of the data to the normal distribution. The Wilcoxon signed rank test, Mann-Whitney U test, dependent samples t-test were used to analysing the difference between dependent and independent variables. A statistically significant positive difference was found on the practical consideration (PC) at the end of the training. The mean scores of female students in the principled thinking and the mean scores of students who loved their department on the cooperation were higher. Ethics course in nursing has a positive effect on students' PC. Loving the profession has positive effects on professional values. Since it is considered that it would positively contribute to the students' ability to distinguish ethical problems, it is recommended to train students on ethical issues before the courses of clinical practice begin.

Amaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelik öğrencilerinde klasik ve senaryo temelli etik eğitiminin etkinlik düzeyinin ve etik duyarlılığın incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma, tek grupta ön test-ara test-son test deneme modeli ile yapılmış olup, 100 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, “Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu”, “Hemşirelikte Etik Eğitiminin Etkinliğini Değerlendirme Ölçeği” ve “Hemşirelik Öğrencileri İçin Uyarlanmış Etik Duyarlılık Ölçeği” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışmada, bir ders döneminin yarısına kadar hemşirelikte etik konuları içeren klasik eğitim verilmiş olup diğer yarısında ise etik karar vermeyi somutlaştırmak ve akılda kalıcılığı artırmak için yüz yüze vaka tartışmaları yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, yüzdelik dağılımlar, ortalama ve standart sapma kullanılmıştır. Normal dağılıma sahip olmayan değişkenlerin iki grupta karşılaştırılmasında Mann Whitney U testi, ikiden fazla grupta karşılaştırılmasında ise Kruskal Wallis testleri kullanılmıştır. Normal dağılıma uygun olan ölçek puanlarına ilişkin grupların zaman içerisinde testlerdeki değişimi bağımlı gruplarda t testi (Paired Samples t Test) ve tekrarlı ölçümlerde ANOVA (Repeated Measures) kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Ayrıca, ölçeklerin güvenilirliğini değerlendirmek için Cronbach Alfa katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin etik duyarlılık ölçeğinin toplam puanı klasik+senaryo temelli eğitim sonrası, klasik eğitimden daha yüksek çıkarak istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p=0,001). Etik dersi almadan önce kız öğrencilerin etik duyarlılık ölçeği puanı erkek öğrencilere göre anlamlı derecede yüksek çıkmıştır (p
