Abstract: ÖzEğitim sisteminin temel yapı taşı olan okullarda sunulan hizmetin ilgililerine aktarılmasında en önemli sorumlulukları eğitim yöneticileri ve öğretmenler üstlenmektedir. Okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin davranış kalıpları, bilgileri ve becerileri; öğrenciler, eğitim paydaşları, aileler ve toplum üzerinde büyük etkilere sahiptir.
