Okullarda Mekansal Düzenleme Memnuniyet Ölçeği: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the Satisfaction Scale of Spatial Regulation in Schools to determine the satisfaction levels of teachers regarding spatial arrangements in schools. The study group consisted of 368 teachers consisting of teachers working in secondary and high schools in Istanbul in 2017-2018 academic years. For the purpose of the study, a pool of 104 items was established in line with the scale development steps. A total of 401 scales were applied to the teachers but 368 teachers answered the scale. In the scope of the validity study of the scale, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis studies were conducted and reliability and internal consistency were analyzed. As a result of the analysis conducted with AFA, it consists of a total of 23 items in a 4-dimensional structure "General-Common Area", "Security-Order", "Extracurricular Learning-Recreation" and "Guidance Service" 23. It was determined that 23 items explained 59.586% of the total variance. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the fit values of the scale were found to be "acceptable" and "excellent" and the 4-dimensional structure was confirmed. The Cronbach-Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was represented as .93. A significant correlation was found between item-total and item-residual correlation analysis. As a result of 27% lower and upper group independent t test, item discrimination between factors was significant (p<.001). The results of the study "Spatial Arrangement Satisfaction Scale" teachers will demonstrate their perception of satisfaction on the arrangements made in schools is a valid and reliable instrument for analysis is determined as a result.Keywords: spatial arrangement, satisfaction, spatial arrangement in schools, educational buildings. ÖZ:Bu araştırmada okullardaki mekânsal düzenlemelere yönelik öğretmenlerin memnuniyet düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla Okullarda Mekânsal Düzenleme Memnuniyet Ölçeğini geliştirmek olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul İlinde ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 368 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda ölçek geliştirme basamakları doğrultusunda 104 maddeden oluşan madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. 401 öğretmene taslak ölçek uygulanmış 368 ölçek değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlilik çalışması kapsamında açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi çalışmaları yapılmış, güvenirlik ve iç tutarlık analiz edilmiştir. AFA ile yapılan analiz sonucunda ölçeğin "Genel-Ortak Alan", "Güvenlik-Düzen", "Ders Dışı Öğrenme-Dinlenme" ve "Rehberlik Servisi" olarak isimlendirilen 4 boyutlu bir yapıda toplam 23 maddeden oluşmaktadır. 23 maddenin toplam varyansın %59.586'unu açıkladığı tespit edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda ölçeğin uyum değerleri "kabul edilebilir" ve "mükemmel" ölçüsünde olduğu görülmüş ve 4 boyutlu yapısı doğrulanmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach-Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı ise .93 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Maddetoplam ve madde-kalan korelasyon analizi sonucunda anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur....
