Abstract: Reactive species (RS) which are generated from the pollution, deep fried and spicy foods, leakage of electrons from mitochondrial electron transport chains etc. may result in an oxidative damage in the body. The oxidative damage may lead to various diseases such as Alzheimer, atherosclerosis and cancer.
