Omalizumab for the management of refractory chronic spontaneous urticaria

Abstract: Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is a heterogeneous, systemic, primarily mast cell-driven disease with sudden appearance of wheals with or without angioedema with pruritus for more than 6 weeks.
