Abstract:Acute abdominal pain in pediatric patients poses a diagnostic challenge due to diverse etiologies, ranging from benign to life-threatening conditions. Omental cysts, though rare, constitute a distinctive subset characterized by a fluid-filled sac arising from the greater omentum.
