Abstract:This paper presents calculations of the current-voltage, dI/dV- and d2I/dV2-characteristics for a Josephson junction with a short one-dimensional channel, taking into account a “deformed” (anomalous) energy-dependent Andreev reflection function. Depending on the degree of deviation from the classical Andreev reflection coefficient, the “anomalous” functions are conditionally divided into weakly and strongly deformed coefficients. The excess Andreev current decrease is demonstrated with increasing anomaly facto… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
