Abstract:A second species of the ilyograpsine crab, Mirograpsus Komai & Fujita, 2018 (Macrophthalmidae) is described from Vanuatu. It is compared to the type and only species, M. asper Komai & Fujita, 2018, from Ryukyus in Japan, differing in the carapace shape, armature of the chelipeds and ambulatory legs, and structure of the male pleon.
