Abstract:In this work we study a system of Schrödinger equations involving nonlinearities with quadratic growth. We establish sharp criterion concerned with the dichotomy global existence versus blow-up in finite time. Such a criterion is given in terms on the ground state solutions associated with the corresponding elliptic system, which in turn are obtained by applying variational methods. By using the concentration-compactness method we also investigate the nonlinear stability/instability of the ground states. Conte… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
