Abstract:Let D be the closure of the unit disk D in the complex plane C and g be a continuous function in D. In this paper, we discuss some characterizations of elliptic mappings f satisfying the Poisson's equation ∆f = g in D, and then establish some sharp distortion theorems on elliptic mappings with the finite perimeter and the finite radial length, respectively. The obtained results are the extension of the corresponding classical results.2000 Mathematics Subject Classification. Primary: 31A05; Secondary: 30H30.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
