“…Hence there exists a minimum value of ε shown as (γ * , ε * ) in the figure, which can be derived from Eqs. (13) and (14) mathematically. Actually, the values of γ * and ε * are related to the parameters such as p C m D n , d C m ,W d DP n ,W , P H 0 , and P H 1 .…”

“…As covert communication is an emerging and cutting-edge wireless communication security technique, it aims to ensure the undetectability of a wireless transmission while guaranteeing a negligible successful detection probability by exploiting the average power uncertainty of received signals at a warden [12]. By utilizing the covert communication, a vicious warden cannot detect the transmission so that it has no chance to take subsequent malicious acts, e.g., eavesdropping and decoding attack, denial of service (DoS) attack, and electronic countermeasure [13]. More importantly, covert communication can be achieved with unknown or imperfect CSI of warden's monitoring channels [14]- [16], which makes it more consistent with practical applications.…”

“…Considering that the warden has uncertainty on the receiver's noise power, the authors in [7] and [8] proved that a positive covert rate can be achieved. Moreover, the interference uncertainty [9], [10] and the channel uncertainty [11], [12] were also studied in covert communication.…”

“…In [21], [22], the authors utilized a full-duplex receiver to achieve covert communications in wireless fading channels and analyzed the covert communication limits. The covert communication with interference uncertainty from non-cooperative transmitters is studied in [23].…”
