On-demand nanoengineering of in-plane ferroelectric topologies

Abstract: Hierarchical assemblies of ferroelectric nanodomains (or superdomains) can exhibit exotic morphologies that lead to distinct behaviors and functionalities. Controlling these superdomains reliably is critical for realizing new states with desired functional properties.
