On Prediction and Control of Discrete‐Time First‐Order Linear Stochastic Systems with Prospective Strong Intervention

Abstract: This paper is devoted to studying the issue of modeling, forecasting, and optimal feedback control of discrete-time first-order linear stochastic systems with prospective strong intervention (PSI). First, one type of PSI is formulated.
