“…Off‐pump CABG might be ideal for hematological disorder to maintain the factor V activity at a constant value. However, we successfully managed a case of severe factor V deficiency by replacing the coagulation factor under CPB 7 . Perioperatively strategic planned platelet and FFP or cryoprecipitates transfusion would help to increase the coagulation factor value to achieve hemostasis.…”
