Taking into account that the subject of the responsibility of the investigation units of the National Police organs is the realization of personal criminal rights, during the territorial division of the subjects of the jurisdiction of the structural units of these bodies, it is necessary to ensure such territorial approximation, which would guarantee operative access of the population to these investigative units.
