Abstract:An empirical study of the physical properties (thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and density) of thermophysical interfaces based on a hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanopowder lattice for cooling electronic component bases in micro- and nano-electronics has been conducted.
