The basic historical conditions for the formation of religious doctrines within the Christian faith were determined. It was established that the church proclaiming the need for unity of Europe did not object to the existence of nation states. The conclusion regarding the desire of the church to subject the political power in the states of Europe and thereby establish unity of management methods was proved. Such methods were based on the principles of Catholic religious doctrine and dogma. The content culturological integration processes in the environment, particularly in science and art was disclosed. It was identified their impact on integration and mutual penetration of ideas of humanistic orientation into the European consciousness.

We research triangle cubics and conics in classical geometry with elements of projective geometry. In recent years, N.J. Wildberger has actively dealt with this topic using an algebraic perspective. Triangle conics were also studied in detail by H.M. Cundy and C.F. Parry recently. The main task of the article is development of a method for creating curves that pass through triangle centers. During the research, it was noticed that some different triangle centers in distinct triangles coincide. The simplest example: an incenter in a base triangle is an orthocenter in an excentral triangle. This is the key for creating an algorithm. Indeed, we can match points belonging to one curve (base curve) with other points of another triangle. Therefore, we get a new fascinating geometrical object. During the research number of new triangle conics and cubics are derived, their properties in Euclidian space are considered. In addition, it is discussed corollaries of the obtained theorems in projective geometry, which proves that all of the discovered results could be transferred to the projective plane. It is well known that many modern cryptosystems can be naturally transformed into elliptic curves. We investigate the class of curves applicable in cryptography.

The paper discusses models and methods for improving the performance of wireless computer networks built based on the decomposition of the lower levels of the OSI reference model. A method to improve the performance of networks is suggested, which functionally combines the physical and network layers, which improves its efficiency in marginal reception areas almost twice. A model of the block diagram of a device for improving data transmission quality in marginal reception areas or those with insufficient noise immunity is developed based on the so-called communication quality status monitoring, as well as a model of the block diagram of a wireless adaptive capacity reallocation router based on dynamic channels capacity reallocation, which allows adequately reallocating IS resources depending on traffic and user priority. Keywords— Bluetooth, FIFO discipline, IEEE 802.11, OSI/ISO reference model, wireless computer networks.
