Abstract:Summary:During the procedure of centrifugation cytapheresis donors occasionally experience adverse clincial reactions. We evaluated the possibility of whether activation of granulocytes and their subsequent release reactions, which may have been triggered by this extracorporeal circuit, were responsible for these adverse effects.
