“…Referring to the quality control process of Tags in Qiime (V1.9.1), the following operations were performed: (a) Tags interception: Raw Tags were truncated from the first low-quality site where the number of consecutive low-quality bases (default quality threshold <=19) reached a set length (default length value is 3)(Ali et al 2020); (b) Tags length filtering: Tags were intercepted to obtain the Tags.
