“…The academic literature has burgeoned with scholarly lights being cast on various aspects of changing oceans and transboundary fisheries management. Some articles have focused on the factors important for effectively responding to shifting species and ecosystems, such as clarity in the provision of scientific advice (Galland et al 2018) and majority-based decision making within regional fisheries management organizations (RFMOs; Pentz and Klenk 2017).
