On the Kinetics of Light‐Induced Enhancement Effect in Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells

Abstract: Silicon heterojunction (SHJ) solar cells are one of the promising technologies for next‐generation high‐efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells in photovoltaic industry.
