On the Methodology of Analysis of Mechanisms of Holding Self-Adaptation to Environment Changes

Abstract

The author analyzes the peculiarities of the formation of a holding type of integration as a social and economic system. Methodological principles of identification and implementation of mechanisms of self-adaptation are justified for the purpose of their active use in the creation of models of governance the holding and the formation of their development strategy, capable of increasing the efficient use of existing resources (spatial and temporal), and of minimizing the unfavorable external factors and harmonization of the interaction with the environment.
