On the problem of blood proteases activity and endogenic intoxication in Raiter's disease

Abstract: The disorders of relations in the proteolysis system of peripheric blood providing the basis of intensified decomposition of nitrogen compounds are revealed in Raiter's disease. The increase of the concentration of oligopeptides of the mean molecular weight and the strengthening of endogenic intoxication in patient's organism is the result of the limited hydrolysis of protein structures.
