Abstract

В статье исследуется возможность рассмотрения трудовых споров третейскими судами, обосновывается необходимость расширения компетенции арбитража, а также внесения соответствующих изменений в законодательство РФ. The article examines the possibility of considering labor disputes by arbitration courts, justifies the need to expand the competence of arbitration, as well as introduce advising amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
