On the question of the correlation and effective implementation of state and social services

Abstract

The institute of public services is relatively new for the Russian law and order, the introduction into the administrative activities of public authorities and management has made it possible to improve the quality of interaction between the state and the citizen, to minimize the corruption component of such interaction. Despite improvements in the quality of interaction between the state and the citizen through public services, there are a number of legal and organizational problems in this direction that need to be addressed.
