Abstract:Drug addiction is a chronic, relapsing brain disease with limited treatment options and a high recurrence rate. Neuromodulation techniques, including repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, and deep brain stimulation, hold great therapeutic promise in the treatment of drug addiction.
