Once‐Daily Cefepime Versus Ceftriaxone for Nursing Home–Acquired Pneumonia

Abstract: Once-daily cefepime was a cost-effective alternative to ceftriaxone for the treatment of elderly nursing home residents who developed pneumonia and did not require hospitalization.
