Abstract:Theophylline plasma levels and profiles were evaluated in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during once-daily dosing of an ultrasustained-release theophylline preparation (Theo-1; capsules filled with microgranules containing 400 mg anhydrous theophylline).
