Abstract:Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a deadly disease with a high prevalence and mortality rate worldwide. Previous investigations have shown that Newcastle disease virus (NDV) exhibits oncolytic activity and antitumor immunostimulation properties on several types of tumor cells but not normal cells.
