Abstract: One-pot three-component coupling procedure has been developed for the synthesis of (2'-aminobenzothiazolomethyl-aryl)-hydroxyisoquinolines via the reaction of hydroxyisoquinolines, aryl/heteroaryl/aliphatic aldehydes with 2-aminobenzothiazoles under catalyst- and solvent-free conditions.
