With the booming development of medical informatization and the ubiquitous connections in the fifth generation mobile communication technology (5G) era, the heterogeneity and explosive growth of medical data have brought huge challenges to data access, security and privacy, as well as information processing in Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). This article provides a comprehensive review of how to realize the timely processing and analysis of medical big data and the sinking of high-quality medical resources under the constraints of the existing medical environment and medical-related equipment. We mainly focus on the advantages brought by the cloud computing, edge computing and artificial intelligence technologies to the IoMT. We also explore how to rationalize the use of medical resources and the security and privacy of medical data, so that high-quality medical services can be provided to patients. Finally, we discuss the current challenges and possible future research directions in the edge-cloud computing and artificial intelligence related IoMT. Now a day's cloud computing is the backbone of the digital world. Cloud service providers every type of service needed by consumers. It offers various resources to all consumers by dynamic allocation for guaranteed services. One of the major services of storage is primarily used by consumers. Many free services for cloud storage are available to use. On the other side, a group of malicious activities increases with an increase in facilities. The malicious activities may change the format of data, which can't be used by users. Some ransomware is very active, which is asking ransoms to recover the data. In view of many examples of security threats, this paper proposes a mechanism for data security. This paper describes a security algorithm, which is the encryption mechanism of data. The encryption algorithm encrypts all the data stored by cloud users. The algorithm is tested with different sizes and different types of files. It is designed in a manner so that it can work fast and efficiently in the cloud environment.

Cloud is Internet-based utility computing which offers a choice to rent and use the computational resources on subscription basis. It has the service-oriented and deployment models which would provide suitable services to the end-users. Robotics can be defined as a machine which would do some useful works as given by the user which would reduce his/her work and make smooth transactions. Cloud robotics is an upcoming technological area with a combination of cloud computing and robotics. Interconnection of these two fields would profit the mankind. Many more different varieties of applications are emerging as on today. In coming of the days, cloud robots will have major role to perform, such as to improve the 'public utility of technology'. This paper describes the laws of robotics, characteristics of robotics, need for cloud robotics, initial steps for cloud robotics, available cloud robotic technologies, constraints on cloud robotics, cloud robotics architectures, addressing needs of cloud robotics, cloud robotic algorithm-SLAM. This present paper would bring out a review of all such aspects which would benefit the reader with a fine tune.
