Tüm hastalarda epikantus/telekantus onar›m› yap›ld›. Yedi hastada pitozisin düzeltilmesi amac› ile frontal ask› cerrahisi uyguland›. Hastalar›n hepsinde cerrahi sonras›nda her iki kantal bölgede simetri sa¤lanarak kantal aç› oluflturuldu. Pitozis cerrahisi uygulanan tüm hastalarda kapak simetrisi sa¤land›. Tart›flma: Kal›tsal blefarofimozis sendromlu hastalarda, iki aflamal› olarak, telekantus-epikantus ve frontal ask› cerrahilerinin yap›lmas›yla estetik ve ifllevsel aç›dan baflar›l› sonuçlar elde edilebilir. Material and Method: Clinical features and surgical results of 10 patients with blepharophimosis were analyzed retrospectively. Double Z-plasty and nasal wiring were performed for the correction of telecanthus-epicanthus. Frontalis suspension surgery with autogenous fascia lata was performed for the correction of ptosis. Results: The mean follow-up time of patients was 19.6 (range: 6-84) months. The mean age was 10.2±7.5 (range: 3-28) years. Epicanthus and telecanthus were corrected in all patients. Ptosis was corrected with frontalis suspension surgery in 7 patients. All patients had symmetry in the canthal region and good canthal angle postoperatively. All patients who underwent ptosis surgery had eyelid symmetry. Discussion: In patients with hereditary blepharaphimosis syndrome, successful aesthetic and functional outcomes can be achieved with telecanthus-epicanthus and ptosis correction in two-stage surgery.
