One-Step Electrodeposition of CZTS for Solar Cell Absorber Layer

Abstract: CZTS thin films were obtained by one-step electrochemical deposition from aqueous solution at room temperature. Films were deposited on two different substrates, ITO on PET, and electropolished Mo.
