Abstract:Biodegradable plastics such as polylactic acid (PLA) have been extensively applied in numerous fields. Although PLA is degradable in natural environments, its decomposition postdisposal leads to resource wastage. Herein, we first employ enzymatic hydrolysis to degrade PLA.
