One-Trocar–Assisted Pyeloplasty

Abstract: Our medium-term results confirm that OTAP is an innovative technique, which allows a safe approach for children and, moreover, it is applicable to the entire range of ages. However, a good practical experience is required.

“…Methylene blue in the bladder can be used as indicator of the correct placement in case of JJ stents. Our series adds to the existing evidence 17,18 that OTAP is a safe, feasible, and efficacious alternative for the correction of UPJO in children.
