Online Cleanup Liquid Chromatography for the Analysis of Glycoprotein-Derived Oligosaccharides Labeled with 7-Amino-4-methylcoumarin

Abstract: In HPLC analysis of glycoprotein glycans, oligosaccharides released from glycoproteins are often derivatized with fluorescent tags for enhancing sensitivity and selectivity.
