Online Clinical Pathway for Chronic Kidney Disease Management in Primary Care: A Retrospective Cohort Study

Abstract: BackgroundClinical pathways aim to improve patient care. We sought to determine whether an online chronic kidney disease (CKD) clinical pathway was associated with improvements in CKD management.
