Online Videos as a Source of Physiotherapy Exercise Tutorials for Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation—A Quality Assessment

Abstract: Background: During the last few decades the prevalence of lumbar disc herniation has been increasing constantly, thereby imposing a significant socioeconomic burden.
