Abstract: Liebe Leserinnen und Leser, wenn wir über die Indikation zur Operation der Karotisstenose reden oder aber auch die Ergebnisse der großen Studien diskutieren, ist immer nur vom Stenosegrad die Rede -"only size (diameter) does matter".
