Ontology Based Risk Self-assessment and Mitigation for Teleworkers

Abstract: The COVID-19 health crisis has forced many people to work from home, exposing companies and workers to the various risks brought about by teleworking. In order to raise awareness and enable better management of these risks, we have built an ontology for the control and mitigation of teleworking risks as well as a tool for self-assessment of individual worker risk profiles.
