Ontology of experiment planning for obtaining a probabilistic model of single-phase electricity consumers

Abstract: The paper presents the rationale and the problem of forming a probabilistic model of single-phase electricity consumers. To solve the problem, the corresponding mathematical apparatus is stated and the ontology of experiment planning is developed.
