Open and Regionalised Spectrum Repositories for Emerging Countries

Abstract: TV White Spaces have recently been proposed as an alternative to alleviate the spectrum crunch, characterised by the need to reallocate frequency bands to accommodate the ever-growing demand for wireless communications.
